At Oxfordshire’s Wilderness Festival, we brought IHG’s vision for a “Hotel in the Wild” to life, creating an unforgettable blend of luxury and nature that captivated festival-goers. Our team designed this boutique camping experience to elevate the brand’s presence, seamlessly integrating IHG’s signature elegance with the festival’s creative outdoor vibe. Inspired by the English countryside, we used sustainable materials and whimsical elements to craft a unique “home in nature,” enhancing brand engagement and awareness.

Delivered

Our setup combined luxury and playfulness, with thoughtful amenities like vintage luggage trolleys, pamper parlours, and in-tent welcome bags filled with silk sleep masks and artisanal soaps. Guests entered through a Wes Anderson-inspired concierge desk and flowed into a piano lounge with cocktails, live music, and roaming performers like beatboxers and a wandering band. Layered details—from bronze lanterns and floral displays to sun loungers—created a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the “Forgot it? We’ve Got it!” service ensured guests felt truly cared for. The event generated major buzz, earning 8 billion media impressions and 17.3 million social impressions, showcasing IHG's innovative hospitality through our creative execution.
