We were tasked with creating an unforgettable three-day event to celebrate a world-famous gentleman’s birthday, aiming to give him the best gift of all: time with loved ones and friends.
Guests spent three days at a private venue with a concierge service catering to all needs. We designed key areas including a games room, a kid’s games room, and an outdoor bar/lounge. Activities ranged from boating and zip wiring to Segway tours and Go Ape, scheduled through the onsite concierge. For the weekend finale, additional guests arrived for an evening in a Tron-themed experience at Flynn’s arcade, culminating in a spectacular projection mapping show on the Castle. A bespoke bar served extraordinary cocktails as two top DJs energised the dancefloor. The weekend concluded with an intimate family dinner for twenty, ending with a poker game that lasted into the early hours.
