Spendesk’s annual AGM was designed as a live virtual event, bringing together 200 employees across Europe and the US to celebrate past successes and focus on the positive future ahead. The theme, ‘Together As One’, needed to be reflected throughout, reinforcing company culture, inspiring attendees, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience.
The bespoke programme showcased Spendesk’s collaborative culture, featuring inspiring keynote speeches enhanced with dynamic motion graphics and a unique game show twist. Employees were involved from the outset, starting with a high energy 80’s workout, interactive breakouts, and a spirited Living Room Olympics-style Spendesk Social. A touching montage of colleague images answering ‘What’s something that recently made you smile?’ and a motivating leadership video, amplified with bespoke animations, further reinforced the Together As One message, making the event a true reflection of Spendesk’s values.
