To mark their presence at Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) with impact, Netflix sought to host an immersive, entertainment-filled evening at their offices while also enhancing their BLE meeting spaces at the ExCel. The goal was to elevate the creative experience, deeply engaging guests with Netflix’s most loved productions while transforming two meeting rooms into dynamic merchandising showcases.
The event space was divided into multiple interactive activations, each offering unique experiences such as themed photo opportunities, a cocktail bar, a sketch artist, walkabout performers, grazing tables, and interactive games. The mixer provided guests with a lively evening of entertainment, food, and networking, setting the stage for a successful week at BLE. Meanwhile, the meeting spaces at the Excel were transformed with mannequins, plinths, merchandising displays, and 95” screens showcasing presentations and showreels, ensuring Netflix’s presence was both engaging and visually impactful.
