Waf. partnered with Meta to produce two stylish drinks receptions for 50-65 guests each, held on consecutive nights at the Meta offices. The goal was to make the receptions relevant to the artwork on display, allowing guests to connect with the art while providing space for networking. We aimed to reference the artists' work through floral arrangements and catering, using specific colours and shapes, complemented by minimalist, colourful soft furnishings. Our approach ensured subtle stylistic references that sparked conversation without proximity to the artwork.
The events featured a carefully curated space with background music reflecting the artists' playful elements, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Guests enjoyed roaming the space, interacting with the art and each other, while roving servers ensured a seamless flow of refreshments. The receptions effectively combined aesthetic appeal with functionality, enhancing the overall guest experience.
